The organization runs seasonal programs introducing students to robotics and engineering through guided workshops and team-based projects. Each session focuses on mechanical design, programming, and competition-style challenges. Past programs have been held at local community centers and schools, reaching students from elementary to high school levels.

Workshops are hosted periodically throughout the year to explore specific topics such as VEX coding, CAD modeling, and match strategy. Sessions are led by experienced team members, allowing participants to gain insight into the practical aspects of competitive robotics.
Team members mentor newer robotics teams across the Bay Area, providing technical advice, design feedback, and competition preparation support. The initiative fosters collaboration between middle school and high school teams, building a sustained network of competitive and outreach-focused groups.
In collaboration with Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), the organization co-hosted a national regional qualifier event featuring over 350 teams. The event was among the largest VEX competitions in China.
